Please please please read these notes before you book:
During the photoshoots we will take "casual portraits" of you and your party:- unlike in graduation or a formal wedding photoshoot, the portraits will be informal, relaxed, not posed ...or at least they will "look like not posed"
This means they won't be a substitute for wedding vows or engagement photography sessions.
The photographer will find and recommend the best locations and backdrops based on light conditions on that particular day/time, at the same time avoiding the crowds. Please trust his judgement.
Although the pictures are informal and not posed...the attire has its relevance Try to wear something that is comfortable, but also smart enough to look good in the photographs!
Remember that it will be a "walking photo session", with no access to a hairdresser, makeup artist, specialist light equipment or...unlimited time, as in a formal or fashion portraits session. This is altogether a different type of portraiture ... and it is reflected in the price.
Of course, you will be able to interact with the photographer, telling him/her your likes and dislikes, or if you have any requests. In other words, please talk to the photographer!
Please do check our portfolio...if you don't like our style... we may not be the right solution for your Venice pictures.
During the session, we will take 200-500 frames, but you'll be given ONLY the edited version of the number of photographs described in the package you have chosen. No RAW files will be released.

Hands down the best part of our experience in Venice! Stefano is a local Venetian who knows the narrow streets and romantic canals of this storied city inside and out. He showed us hidden nooks and crannies that we would have never found on our own.

We have amazing portraits taken by Simone as well as our own pictures. He took us to a private courtyard for portraits at the end of the tour…… The tour left us with the feeling of wanting to know even more about Venice and with wanting to experience Venice in a different way not like a tourist but just enjoying what we were seeing.….It was the best 220 euros plus 75 euros extra for portraits that we spent on the trip because of the memorable experience and wonderful photos we have to capture those memories.

This activity totally exceeded our expectations and we have an album full of beautiful family pictures thanks to Stefano, a Venice native and master photographer. Bonus: It was a true treat to be led through the non-touristy areas of Venice. We did the 2-hour session with the added Gondola experience and we covered a lot of ground and Stefano kept us moving along with so many unique backdrops and the masterful way he leveraged the sunlight.
